| T-Ring disposable tourniquet for finger or toe | 300010 |
Sterile, latex-free single-use tourniquet for finger or toe. The T-Ring exsanguinates the finger or toe and keeps the field bloodless during the procedure. One size fits all fingers and toes.
Developed by a hand surgeon
The T-Ring was invented by American hand surgeon Dr. William Green, who lacked a product for a bloodless field in fingers and toes that did not apply excessive pressure.
Application
Roll the ring onto the finger or toe. Bleeding stops and the procedure can be performed.
For large wounds or deformities
The ring does not have to pass over the wound. Snap the T-Ring before application, stretch the largest opening until it is larger than the wound, then slide it down to the base of the finger. Stretch or cut to remove.
Three ways to remove
- Roll the ring off the finger.
- Snap by pressing the tabs, then stretch and remove.
- Snap, then cut to remove.
Use
For all procedures on fingers and toes where a bloodless field is needed, such as wound care and ingrown nail surgery using the König method.
Important
- Do not apply for more than 90 minutes.
- Do not use if there is a risk of further tissue damage.
- Do not use if the package is damaged.
Marking
CE marked, notified body 2862. Sterile (irradiated), single use, latex-free. Manufacturer: Precision Medical Devices, LLC, USA. EU representative: Atlantico Systems Ltd., Ireland.
