Infrared thermometer SC 53 FH

Infrared thermometer SC 53 FH for rapid measurement of body temperature in the ear or on the forehead. The measurement takes approximately two seconds, and an audible signal indicates when the reading is complete.

Measurement in the ear or on the forehead

The SC 53 FH can be used for temperature measurement both in the ear and on the forehead. For forehead measurement, the sensor is moved across the forehead while maintaining skin contact.

Ear measurement is not recommended for small infants as the ear canal is very narrow.

Memory and multi-function display

The thermometer stores the ten most recent readings, allowing previous temperatures to be easily tracked.

When the thermometer is in the included desk stand, the display can also show room temperature and time.

Battery

The thermometer is powered by a CR2032 battery and has a low battery indicator.
